Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the date you receive your product. Within this period, you can initiate a return if you wish.
For a return to be processed, the product must be returned in its original state: unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required when contacting us via email.

Upon approval of your return, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions for the return shipment. Returns that are not pre-approved will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: Upon receiving your order, please examine it right away. If you find any defects, damages, or discrepancies, contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and address it promptly. Please note that returns on discounted items or gift cards are not permitted.
Exchanges: To exchange an item, first return the original item. Once we accept your return, you may place a new order for the desired product.
European Union orders 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: Regardless of our policy, customers in the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days, for any reason, without needing to provide justification. The product must be in its original condition for the return to be accepted.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will inform you about the status of your refund. If the refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may need additional time to process and post the refund.
